Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests, explained

A practical summary of the review process, advertised eligibility periods, common exclusions, and what happens after cancellation.

Last updated: 11 August 2026. Please read this policy before ordering. It should be considered together with the plan description and Terms of Service.

1. Requesting cancellation

To request cancellation or ask whether an order is eligible for a refund, use the contact form, select “Billing,” and include the order email, affected service, and reason. Do not include payment-card details.

2. 30-day eligibility window

Where a plan is advertised with a 30-day money-back period, an eligible first-time hosting purchase may be reviewed if the request is received within 30 calendar days of the initial order. Approval is subject to the conditions and exclusions below and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

3. Common exclusions

  • Domain registration, transfer, redemption, registry, or other third-party fees.
  • Third-party software, licences, certificates, add-ons, or services already purchased on your behalf.
  • Completed custom, migration, recovery, administration, or configuration work where separately agreed.
  • Renewals, duplicate refund claims, chargebacks, or services suspended for abuse or material policy violations.
  • Loss caused by customer configuration, unsupported software, compromised credentials, or failure to maintain independent backups.

4. Review and payment method

We may request reasonable information needed to locate the order and understand the request. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside our control.

5. Service termination and data

A refunded or cancelled service may be disabled. Export important data and confirm migration requirements before cancellation. Data retention after termination is not guaranteed unless required by law or agreed in writing.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If local law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

7. Questions

If you are unsure whether a purchase qualifies, contact us before ordering so the scope, third-party costs, and refund conditions can be clarified.
