Clear expectations for using our website and services
These terms explain ordering, billing, customer responsibilities, acceptable use, support, cancellation, and service limitations.
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These terms apply to use of thrivika.space and to services ordered through the website.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By ordering or using a service, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Services and orders
Service scope, term, and price are those shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Availability, technical limits, onboarding requirements, and optional work may vary by plan. A request is not accepted until the order is confirmed.
3. Billing and renewal
Website prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, and keeping billing information current. Renewal and cancellation timing should be confirmed before the next billing date.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain secure, accurate account and contact information.
- Use unique credentials and restrict administrator access.
- Maintain independent copies of important data.
- Keep applications, plugins, themes, and dependencies supported and updated.
- Use services lawfully and avoid activity that harms users, networks, or systems.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use services for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorised access, spam, intellectual-property infringement, abusive traffic, or attempts to bypass service limits. We may investigate, restrict, or suspend activity where reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure.
6. Availability and maintenance
We aim to provide reliable service, but internet services can be affected by maintenance, software faults, attacks, upstream providers, customer configuration, and events outside reasonable control. Planned or emergency work may temporarily affect availability.
7. Support and migrations
Support covers the service scope described for the plan. Application development, third-party debugging, recovery of unsupported software, and complex migration work may require separate agreement. Never send passwords through an unsecured message.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future service according to the confirmed billing cycle. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Certain completed work, third-party costs, misuse, or consumed services may be excluded where stated.
9. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant the limited permission needed to host, transmit, back up, and support that content. Website branding, design, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes, termination, and contact
Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes apply from the stated effective date. For questions about these terms, use the contact form.
